Expiration:		You may also safely fax your credit card reference to +32 2 536 10 15. This amount will be charged on your credit card upon receipt and clearance from the credit card company. Only our manager is allowed to charge your card. All information is secured. Any cancellation within 30 days from arrival or no-show will not be refunded. In case of delayed arrival notified less than 14 days before expected date, the rent will start on the initial booked arrival date. Within the hour of charging, our office manager will send you an eMail, confirming the amount that was charged.
